Sloane Quijas and the Erie Tigers are slated to host the Class 4A Region 7 Tournament on Saturday. Poor weather may affect the start of softball’s postseason this weekend.
The regionals in three classifications — classes 5A, 4A and 3A — have a start date of Saturday. Initially, it was hoped to be able to play some of the regions on Friday, pending the availability of umpires.
