STRENGTHS: The Lightning are experienced where it matters, especially on defense and at quarterback. It’s just a different dynamic with this team compared to last year and the seniors leaders are a big reason why.

WEAKNESSES: A young and inexperienced offense needs to grow up quick, and given their summer success, they are well on their way.
