FIRST TEAM

F — MASON DOUILLARD, Sr., Boulder: Senior striker dominated the right wing for the Panthers, scoring 17 goals and adding 13 assists.

F — CAMERON GUZMAN, Sr., Silver Creek: Talented striker had 19 goals and three assists and scored in 10 of the team’s 17 games. He posted two hat tricks on the season.

F — DANNY WITT, Sr., Niwot: Started his season with a four-goal game and never let up, finishing with 18 scores and four assists. He had seven multi-goal games.

MF — JAVIER CASTRUITA, Sr., Boulder: Had one stretch of three games when he posted eight goals, and for the season the senior recorded 12 goals and nine assists.

MF — BEN GIBBLE, Sr., Broomfield: All-state second team pick finished second on the Eagles with nine goals spread across seven games. Also added a pair of assists and played heady defense.

MF — PORTER MILNER, So., Broomfield: Youngster provided the kind of touch out of the midfield coaches dream of, chalking up 11 assists to go along with his six goals.

MF — ERIC SPANGLER, Sr., Centaurus: An all-Northern Conference first team pick who finished the season playing on the defensive end, Spangler rounded out his career with the Warriors by posting seven goals and five assists.

D — RYAN BOWER, Sr., Boulder: Showed exceptional awareness throughout the season on the back side, helping Boulder to a school-record 13 shutouts.

D — ZAC LOKAY, Sr., Fairview: Lokay locked things down in the back for the Knights, who allowed just 12 goals all season. Also pitched in three goals.

D — KEVIN VAN LIESHOUT, Sr., Boulder: Senior defender was a two-way standout, tying down some of the best opponents one-on-one while also posting five goals and five assists.

GK — HENRY HUETTEL, Sr., Boulder: An all-state selection by the coaches, Huettel broke every BHS keeping record with 13 shutouts and a .522 goals-against while averaging 3.5 saves a game.

Coach — JIM DAVIDSON, Broomfield: Longtime Eagles bench boss saw a lot of young players mesh, guiding BHS to a Northern Conference title and the third round of the Class 4A playoffs.
