Notes: Fairview has finished second to Cherry Creek in each of the past two state tournaments. The Knights have not finished lower than fourth since 2006 … Fairview’s Castelino finished second at No. 3 singles in 2011 and was second last year at No. 2 singles … Boulder’s Hawk was the 2012 runner-up at No. 2 singles … All seven of Fairview’s entrants captured regional titles last week … Monarch’s Wright won the No. 3 singles title at the Region 4 tournament … Boulder recorded seven top-10 finishes in eight years in the team standings at state before slipping to 12th last year.
