Nate Bukowski, Boulder, baseball: Bukowski went 3-3 at the plate with an RBI and a double to help lead the Panthers as they beat Horizon 7-5.
Grant Cowan, Longmont Christian, baseball: Cowan pitched 6 innings for the win, striking out 12. He also went 2-4 at the plate with 2 RBIs, a triple and three stolen bases as Longmont Christian overpowered Heritage Christian 26-11.
GIRLS PEAK PERFORMERS
Caroline Hobbs, Alexander Dawson, tennis: The senior finished out her final preps dual season with a mark of 10-1 with a No. 1 singles win over Holy Family’s Stephanie Giltner on Monday. Hobbs finished her career at Alexander Dawson with a record of 44-5 in dual matches.
Katie McMenamin, Peak to Peak, soccer: McMenamin scored two goals and had an assist to lead the Pumas in a 7-1 win over Bishop Machebeuf.
NOTABLE
Broomfield girls soccer clinched the Northern League title with a 4-1 win over Thompson Valley on the road. Katie Forsee had two goals and one assist to lead the Eagles.
CORRECTION
Two of Skyline’s girls golf scores were listed incorrectly in a story about the Ashley Forey Invitational. Janti Klimecki actually shot a 96, while Haiden DeJane shot a 107.
