BOULDER — Tim Haas was averaging 20.1 points for Arapahoe when he broke his foot with three games remaining in the regular season. It was at that point that the prep basketball world took a pencil and collectively crossed off the Warriors.

A month later, that line can be erased — with emphasis.

Arapahoe, a No. 1 seed, dominated fourth-seeded Rangeview in the Class 5A semifinals 66-41. The Warriors now find a state title, which would be the school’s first in boys basketball, securely in their sights.
