With Monday’s announcement of The Show rosters, several area basketball standouts are now gearing up for the state’s premier prep hoops all-star game on April 6. But a week earlier, the Pepsi Center in Denver will also host the top 20 girls players in the country for the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association High School All-America Game.

The All-America game is held each year in conjunction with the NCAA women’s Division-I Final Four, which this year is in Denver. The prep game will be held March 31 at 4:30 p.m. and is free to the public.

No players from Colorado were selected for the game this year. Former Monarch guard Eliza Normen was selected for the game last year but couldn’t participate due to a knee injury suffered during her senior season.
