The first two videos are from Broomfield’s run through the consolation rounds.

The first is 126-pound Jonathan Stelling getting pinned by Pubelo Central’s Zach Montoya in his Class 4A fifth-place match. It is a tough fall for the senior, who, right before the pin, appears to be in position to break a 6-6 tie with a single-leg takedown.

The next clip is Stelling’s teammate, 145-pound Zach Stodden. The sophomore’s 3-1 loss to Palmer Ridge’s Antero Guy is a heartbreaker, as well. Stodden almost gets the decisive takedown early in the overtime period, with the refeeres ruling it out of bounds. This gives Guy the opportunity to score the decisive points.

Finally, there is a interview with Holy Family’s Kyle Spengler about his first Class 3A state place and how the 170-pounder set up his pin of Centauri’s Jereb Aziz in the fifth-place match.
