Font ResizeBOULDER -- Fairview rallied strong in the third quarter after trailing by 14 at halftime but couldn't get over the hump against Palmer, falling 63-44 in the third-place game of the Knights' own Fairview Festival on Saturday.
Sarah Kaufman scored 23 points to lead the Knights in the loss as FHS fell to 4-3 on the season.
Fairview, which cut their halftime deficit to 2 late in the third quarter before fading, is idle until playing at Mountain Range on Jan. 8.
