ERIC KRONENBERG, Fairview soccer -- The senior striker put the Knights on his shoulders while leading Fairview to a pair of state tournament victories that set up Wednesday's showdown against Boulder in the Class 5A state semifinals. Kronenberg scored both Fairview goals in a 2-1 win against Fossil Ridge in the second round, recording the winning tally in the 69th minute, before scoring the Knights' lone goal in a 1-0 win against defending 5A state champion Denver East in the quarterfinals. Going into the Boulder semifinal tilt, Kronenberg shared the team lead of 13 goals with fellow senior Jack Mayfield.
