F — TAJON BUCHANAN, Sr., Legacy: The Player of the Year led Class 5A in scoring and did so in the best league in the state.

F — ARMANDO OCAMPO, Sr., Broomfield: A legitimate scoring machine, he came alive during the Eagles' playoff run.

MF — NATHAN BIESTERFELD, Sr., Fairview: Not a guy that necessarily filled up the stat sheet, but was a steady, calming force in one of the best midfields in the state.

MF — OMAR CASTRUITA, So., Boulder: As creative and talented as they come. Along with his brother Tavio, became the fifth Castuita to win a state title at Boulder.

MF — RYAN HOUSEMAN, Sr., Fairview: He scored 12 goals and had 11 assists and according to coach Jeff Frykholm: "He showed up every game and did everything for us."

MF — RILEY SHEA, Sr., Broomfield: In the Eagles possession heavy game, Shea touched the ball a lot and was routinely on target with his ability to find the open man.

D — CAMERON BROADHURST, Jr., Broomfield: Routinely drew the oppositions best and most dynamic scorer and never blinked at the chance, including Buchanan in the state quarterfinals.

D — QUINN FRANKOVSKY, Sr., Boulder: May not have looked that imposing, but what he lacked in size he more than made up for skill and desire to make sure you wouldn't get past him.

D — MITCHELL GRAESSER, Sr., Boulder: The heart and soul of the Panthers, it was fitting that he was the one to score the final goal of the epic 14-round shot-out title game against Broomfield.

GK — DJIBRIL DOUMBIA, So., Boulder: Hard to believe that he is only a sophomore, but the Panthers keeper showed composure well beyond his years.

Coach — Matt Cassell, Jefferson Academy: Got his team clicking at the right time and helped them go farther than they ever had, ultimately losing in a shootout to Kent Denver in the 3A title match.
